Identification Documents

Financial Documents
Personal bank statement for the last 6 months ((minimum balance PKR 1,000,000) , printed on official bank letterhead.
Original business bank statement for the last 6 months, on letterhead with the official bank stamp and signature.
Personal income tax returns or tax deduction certificates for 1 year.
Company income tax returns for 1 year (if your business files them separately).

Proof of Previous Travel: A copy of your previous China visa that was used for travel within the last 36 months (this is a mandatory requirement).
Proof of your business ownership (e.g., Proprietorship or Partnership documents).
Your official Company Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation.
Your Chamber of Commerce membership certificate (if you are a member).

Financial Documents
Your sponsor's personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum balance of PKR 1,000,000 (for one person) or PKR 1,500,000 (for a family).
Your sponsor's personal income tax returns or tax deduction certificates for the last 1 year.
A letter of sponsorship from your sponsor confirming their full financial support for the trip.
Supporting Documents
A copy of the applicant's previous China visa that was used for travel within the last 36 months (this is a mandatory requirement).
A copy of the student's current School, College, or University ID card.
An original Bonafide Letter or Leave Sanction letter from the educational institution.
A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on PKR 100 stamp paper from the parent who is not traveling is mandatory. A copy of their passport or CNIC must be attached.

Important Notes
COVID-19 Vaccination: Please note that you must be fully vaccinated with an approved vaccine to be eligible to travel to China.
Bank Statement Details: Your personal statement must show a minimum balance of PKR 1,000,000 (solo traveler) or PKR 1,500,000 (for a family). It is important to avoid large, sudden deposits.
Statement Date: Your bank statement must be recent (printed no more than 7 days before your submission date).
Fees: Please note there are multiple charges. Our fee is for our expert assistance. The Visa Application Center (Gerry's) fee is currently PKR 23,000. A separate Embassy fee may also apply.
